APPLICATION
For single storey buildings or high level balcony locations where cleaning and or reglazing is to be carried out externally.

FUNCTION
The window has a side hung open out action, the sash being hung on a pair of concealed friction hinges. An opening angle of 90° can be achieved to enable external surfaces to be cleaned from within the building (max safe reach 850mm).

IRONMONGERY
Concealed multipoint espagnolette locking provides superior closing tightness for weatherproofing and acoustic attenuation and offers a secure night ventilation position.

MAINTENANCE
Window maintenance is limited to periodic washing of external aluminium and glass surfaces with water containing a mild detergent and in the case of internal timber, cleaning with a damp cloth or polishing. Ironmongery items are manufactured from corrosion resistant materials and require only annual inspection and lubrication of appropriate moving parts.
